Mark Footer is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry. Mark's journey began as an apprentice at Canterbury Apartments, a 175-unit multifamily complex in Tigard, Oregon. Since then, he has been involved in numerous projects and held various management roles, showcasing his expertise in the field. Currently, Mark serves as the General Partner in multiple commercial properties, including multifamily, light industrial, retail, and office spaces.
Mark is also the principal at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elevated Living Real Estate, a residential real estate brokerage he founded in 2006. Additionally, he is a Partner at Colorado Commercial Advisors, a venture he and his partners launched in 2022. Mark's extensive ownership of commercial properties has taught him the importance of professional property management, which plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of a property and ensures preparedness for sales, refinancing, and weathering market cycles.
Mark understands that successful real estate ventures go beyond transactions; they require a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. His experience, dedication, and community involvement make him
a trusted partner in the world of commercial real estate.
Since becoming a member of the Evergreen Community in 2001, Mark has actively
contributed to its development and well-being. He has served on various local boards,
coached youth sports, and maintained strong connections within the community.

Launching Colorado Commercial Advisors was a natural fit for Jason, combining a love of real estate and passion for counseling clients and friends in how to build wealth. Being a long-time resident of the Front Range, Jason possesses an intimate knowledge of the Colorado area. He utilizes this expertise to empower his clients with comprehensive insights, enabling them to make informed decisions about their real estate investments. Whether seasoned investor or first-time buyer, Jason's commitment to unparalleled service ensures that your needs and goals are met with utmost care. Jason Parker brings over two decades of real estate industry experience to CCA. His career began with a prominent investment bank, where he excelled in facilitating mergers and acquisitions for mortgage companies. Eager to expand his expertise, Jason played a pivotal role in establishing an integrated real estate and mortgage company, establishing several companies centered on real estate in subsequent years.
Prior to his career in real estate, Jason worked as a Financial Advisor, providing sound
guidance to clients in investment strategy and wealth building. His diversity of
experience enables him to approach each transaction holistically, with a thorough
understanding of financial implications. Jason is active in the Evergreen community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, outdoor adventures and cheering for local sports teams.

Jerry is an experienced real estate broker and property manager with over 30 years of experience. He knows that the foundation of successful partnerships lies in building relationships that are long-term and mutually beneficial.
Before partnering to form CCA, Jerry was the Senior Business Development Manager of Davis, a Minneapolis-based real estate brokerage and consulting company for the healthcare industry in Minnesota and North Dakota. He applied his training in organizational strategic planning to help his clients achieve indelible growth through activities in real estate, property management, and development. Prior to joining Davis, served in the United States Marine Corps and the North Dakota Army National Guard. As a career military officer, he achieved the rank of colonel and received the Legion of Merit and the North Dakota Distinguished Service Medal.
Jerry holds a Master’s Degree in National Strategic Studies. When not providing development and management expertise at Davis, he pursues a passion for flying and holds certificates as a commercial instrument helicopter and multi-engine fixed wing pilot.
Jonathan Ramsey

Jonathan has been operating in the Colorado and Idaho commercial real estate sectors for four years as a lead communications and marketing director, representing multiple investment firms with well over $25m of deployed capital and over $300m in managed properties. His noteworthy background in helping build successful companies (from Fortune 500 to start-up), experiences as a 24-year small business owner, and involvement as a resident in our local community for over 18 years drew him to the quality people and capabilities he found at CCA. He is privileged to serve there as a broker, leasing agent, and property manager.
Jonathan is also a managing partner in a coworking business in Evergreen, serves as the creative and financial director of his 20+ year marketing agency focused on real estate, and is very well-versed in the area’s variety of real estate opportunities from office to retail to light industrial.
Inside and outside of work, Jonathan believes that building strong relationships builds healthy communities. He has always been extremely active with service projects, from local to global, and currently serves in various leadership positions with Conifer Rotary. He has coached youth sports for over a decade, has organized adult soccer programs in the area, and has served on local boards. He enjoys, most of all, time with his two children, wife, and their rescued dog doing just about anything together in the mountains or around the world.
