Being a long-time resident of the Front Range, Jason possesses an intimate knowledge of the Colorado area. Jason Parker brings over two decades of real estate industry experience to CCA. His career began with a prominent investment bank, where he excelled in facilitating mergers and acquisitions for mortgage companies. Eager to expand his expertise, Jason played a pivotal role in establishing an integrated real estate and mortgage company, establishing several companies centered on real estate in subsequent years.
Prior to his career in real estate, Jason worked as a Financial Advisor, providing sound
guidance to clients in investment strategy and wealth building. His diversity of
experience enables him to approach each transaction holistically, with a thorough
understanding of financial implications. Jason is active in the Evergreen community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, outdoor adventures and cheering for local sports teams.

Jerry is an experienced real estate broker and property manager with over 30 years of experience. He knows that the foundation of successful partnerships lies in building relationships that are long-term and mutually beneficial.
Before partnering to form CCA, Jerry was the Senior Business Development Manager of Davis, a Minneapolis-based real estate brokerage and consulting company for the healthcare industry in Minnesota and North Dakota. He applied his training in organizational strategic planning to help his clients achieve indelible growth through activities in real estate, property management, and development. Prior to joining Davis, served in the United States Marine Corps and the North Dakota Army National Guard. As a career military officer, he achieved the rank of colonel and received the Legion of Merit and the North Dakota Distinguished Service Medal.
Jerry holds a Master’s Degree in National Strategic Studies. When not providing development and management expertise at Davis, he pursues a passion for flying and holds certificates as a commercial instrument helicopter and multi-engine fixed wing pilot.

Kris brings a unique blend of oil & gas finance, leadership, and hands-on investment experience to Colorado Commercial Advisors. She specializes in land and investment property brokerage across Colorado and the Texas Triangle, with a strong focus on uncovering the highest and best use of property through entitlements, infrastructure positioning, value engineering, and creative financing and investment strategies.
As both a broker and an active investor, Kris has GP and LP ownership in over 2,000 multifamily units in Texas and Florida and manages private investments across land funds, royalty acreage, oil & gas, Bitcoin, equities, and a private debt fund. This first-hand perspective allows her to advise clients with the insight of someone who has successfully executed across multiple asset classes.

Outside of real estate, Kris enjoys supporting her church’s youth group, skiing, and exploring the Colorado outdoors with her husband George and their two daughters, Wren and Sydney. A fun fact—she’s summited Mt. Whitney, the tallest peak in the continental U.S., twice.
